Culture
Kipling fosters a culture where everyone is
welcome. We pride ourselves in creating an
environment that recognizes and celebrates
differences. Everyone is free to be their true
self and express who they are.
PAST INITIATIVES
Celebrating Pride (06.2022): Kipling continues to bring awareness to the causes affecting the LGBTQ+ community and supported the LA LGBT Center (Los Angeles, CA) through a corporate donation and working with influencers donating to a charity of their choice.
#KiplingCanvas (06.2021): Our arts initiative created to celebrate inclusivity, equality, the spirit of coming together, and art!
Celebrating Pride (06.2021): Living Light means loving all. We made a corporate donation to Campus Pride, the leading national organization for student leaders and campus groups working to create a safer college environment for LGBTQ students. We are also donating products to LA LGBT Rainbowthon event and hosting an internal speaker event through It Gets Better.
Women’s History Month (03.2021): We recognized women-owned businesses & the female entrepreneurs behind them, by using our social media presence to shine light on their success.
Black History Month (02.2021): We participated in educational events to celebrate Black heritage & culture. Our retail associates wore a special designed pin to bring awareness to Black History Month.
Human Needs Pantry Donation (09.2020): We donated backpacks and pencil cases to Human Needs Pantry of Montclair, NJ to help underserved children get their school year started right.
Black Lives Matter Movement (06.2020): We are
committed to support, educate, and reflect in the fight against racism and social injustice

LGBTQ Partnership (06.2020): We provided a monetary donation to The National Center For Transgender Equality and Los Angeles LGBT Center, chosen by our partners from the LGBTQ community; @Chasingkendall and @Blueperk
Coronavirus Relief Fund (04.2020): We donated to the Global Giving Coronavirus Relief.
First Responders Donation (02.2020): We have donated over 7,000 waist packs and crossbody bags to medical professionals, working on the front lines to fight Covid-19.
